Just the basement is 9,600 sqaure-feet! The top three floors combined are 22,800 combined. Wouldn't it always seem empty how big it is?

my guess is clean all day (though I suspect they have people for that lol).

there would be so much maintenance you wouldn't be able to enjoy it.

You can be damn sure you don't clean it. You can't be bothered with peasant like tasks like that. We have designed a couple 18k sq ft houses. I'm pretty sure a lot of the house isn't touched on the average day.

My friends had a crazy idea that could work. We gather 5-6 friends with their gf, we buy a Mansion and pay it equaly. It would be great!

Yeah! That would be really cool actually. You live with your best friends. The house would be filled with people. And you have an awesome house!

But you gotta be sure that they will be your best friends forever. I've seen some attempts and living with friends can ruin the relationship. But with a mansion this big, you should not have to worry about it. You have a lot of space between each other. Hell, you could buy it and rent some rooms. Turn it into a business to make money out of the pool or the tennis court.

I'd like to say, what don't you do with a home that big?!

I would have my family move in, though.

This is just excessive though... I think anything below 10,000 square-feet is okay.

Right. That thought came to mind as well. You'd have to write up a contract that says you must live here until you part is paid and stuff like that.
